so yea this is what we do at training.
i was running today and you know having a song in your head really makes a difference to the way you run..like some in built tempo. and today i had this ultra emo not very fast beat song playing in my head the whole time. it was one of the songs i burned for vanessa as a birthday present. it's still in my head somebody kill me!

wouldnt it be nice to have a lover you dont have to love? haha ok i guess that has just made me sound like someone incapable of love. whatever. sometimes love can be so complicated it's best to be without it.
